DHL, Hermes or UPS (smaller quantities or packages)
Deliveries by DHL, Hermes or UPS are made Monday to Saturday, delivery time 1-3 working days (Germany), 3-6 working days (EU and EU customs) and will not be announced by telephone prior to delivery. If the delivery is unsuccessful the first time, the driver leaves a notification.
Delivery by freight forwarder + desired date
With the option “delivery date” we offer you the possibility to arrange a specific day for the delivery of your goods for an additional charge of 30€. So the forwarding company is oriented towards you and not the other way around.
Shipping companies (larger quantities or items that cannot be sent by parcel service)
Deliveries by freight forwarder are made Monday to Friday. Deliveries are made up to the curb and can be announced in advance by telephone if desired. Therefore, please let us know your telephone number at which you can reach the forwarding company during the purchase process. You have to take care of the transport from the curb to the house or apartment yourself.
Forwarding shipments have a duration of 3-6 working days as soon as they have been handed over by us to the forwarding company.
Express shipments and shipments on a fixed date are possible and then only possible after prior arrangement by telephone for an additional charge.
