Right of Withdrawal 

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer. For goods which, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned to us by post, the return costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 200 per item within Germany. For returns from EU countries outside Germany, costs are subject to agreement.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, do not belong to a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not part of our stock range and have been specially procured for the customer. A return or exchange, including partial returns, is therefore not possible.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to partial returns.

General Information

  1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components.
  2. Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
  3. Please note that the above points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
