LOBA 2K Style extra-matt — Sealer for Exposed Screed Floors

2K Style extra-matt is a water-based 2-component polyurethane coating for LOBA StyleFloor and cementitious screeds.

The product is suitable for heavy use in residential areas as well as commercial use and is part of the LOBA and Wakol Connected Systems for finishing cementitious screeds.

Technical Data

  • Base: water-based, 2-component polyurethane
  • Mixing ratio: 10:1 (add hardener and mix by shaking)
  • Pot life after mixing: 1 hour
  • Coverage: approx. 100 ml/m² (approx. 10 m²/kg) with LOBA microfibre roller 100-120
  • Can be walked on carefully after at least 4 hours, light use after 24 hours, full load after 5 days (at +20 °C and 50 % relative humidity)

Application

  • Prepare the substrate properly and prime with LOBA StyleBase, let the primer dry for at least 3 hours
  • Roll on 1 coat of sealer
  • Optimal conditions: room temperature +15 °C to +25 °C, floor temperature +15 °C to +22 °C, relative humidity 40–75 %, material temperature +18 °C to +25 °C
  • The product is ready to use and must not be diluted
  • Do not pour the material onto the floor, use a LOBA sealer bucket
