WOCA Invisible Oil – Application Instructions

Before you start: always try the oil on a small, inconspicuous area first to make sure it's compatible with your floor.

Shake well
Shake the Invisible Oil container thoroughly, both before and during use. If you're using several containers, mix batches with different numbers together first to avoid colour variation.

Apply evenly
Roll the oil on in a thin, even coat using a short-pile paint roller. Work section by section, no more than 20 m² at a time.

Let it soak in
Give the oil about 5 minutes to absorb. If it disappears into the wood quickly, add a bit more.

Work it into the wood
Buff the oil into the floor with a buffing machine fitted with a beige or bordeaux pad, until the surface looks saturated. Swap the pad regularly so the oil doesn't start to clump.

Remove the excess
Buff off any remaining oil with dry, lint-free cotton cloths or pads until no wet sheen is left on the surface.

Curing
The floor can be walked on carefully after 24 hours and reaches full hardness after about 1 week at room temperature.

Aftercare: After 24 hours, treat the surface with Invisible Oil Care to improve its resistance to stains and wear. For regular cleaning, we recommend WOCA Natural Soap Extra White. Keep the floor away from water and other liquids for the first 7 days while the oil finishes curing.
