Diamond Oil Active is for those who appreciate an incredibly high level of quality when oiling their wooden floors.
This exclusive, single-component, low-odour, extremely hard-wearing floor oil is made from the absolutely finest quality materials, is very easy to work with and assures minimal waste. Diamond Oil Active’s unique hyper cross linking technology will give your wooden floor a comfortable, non-slip surface that is extremely water repellent and easy to clean and maintain. The oil has a dry matter content of >90% and is suitable for machine-application when oiling untreated, new or newly-sanded wooden floors in all species of wood.

Store safely, out of reach of children Do not expose to heat (e.g. sunlight). Store frost-free.

The product, the room, and the floor should have temperatures between 15°C and 30°C, with humidity levels around 50%. The moisture content in the wood should not exceed 12%. It's important to ventilate the room well due to drying times and emissions. Before treatment, the floor must be free of dirt, grease, wax, and dust. If the floor has been previously treated, it should be sanded down to raw wood, preferably using sandpaper with a grit of 100-120, followed by thorough vacuuming.

For optimal results, we recommend conducting a test application in an inconspicuous area to assess the outcome.

Wash the floor with Intensive Wood Cleaner and allow it to dry for at least 24 hours at a temperature of 20°C before oiling. Shake the container of Diamond Oil Active thoroughly before and during use. If using oil from containers with different batch numbers, it's advisable to mix them to avoid color variations. Apply the oil evenly with a short-pile paint roller.

Work with a floor brush or oil roller to evenly apply the oil to an area of 5-10 m², allowing it to penetrate for at least 10-15 minutes. Re-oil dry areas as necessary. Polish the oil into the wood until the surface appears saturated. For larger areas, use a polishing machine with a beige pad, while smaller areas can be polished by hand using a polishing cloth or pad.

Remove excess oil with dry, lint-free cotton cloths until the surface no longer appears wet. For an exceptionally good finish and high durability, the floor can be treated again with 1 dl of Diamond Oil Active per 10 m² within 8-10 hours of the initial application. Polish the oil thoroughly as described in steps 4 and 5.

The floor can be cautiously walked on after 24 hours. Clean tools with WOCA Solvent or turpentine.

For an exceptionally attractive finish and even higher durability, the floor can be polished again with 1 dl of Diamond Oil Active per 10 m² within 8-10 hours after the initial application. The oil should be thoroughly polished as described above.
